Centrally located in the heart of Evans Head, Main Beach is patrolled by lifeguards in the warmer months of the year. 

Chinamans Beach is a short five minute drive from the Evans Head township boasting beautiful headlands and clean white sands. 

Halftide is situated at the Base of Goanna Headland and is a semi-secluded paradise. Access to Halftide is located on Ocean Drive.

The Evans River is located in the centre of town and is a popular swimming spot for people of all ages. 

Airforce Beach is pet friendly and 4WD accessible. Beach access can be found off Terrace Street in north Evans Head.

Shark Bay is a small beach located in south Evans Head protected by the neighbouring headland. A popular beach for families.

Watson's Beach is accessible from the Shark Bay carpark and is located at the mouth of the Evans River. 

Broadwater Beach is located 10 kilometres north of Evans Head adjacent to the Broadwater National Park.
